My 'X' Hometown
Assignment 2(A) -- Individual Work
In this assignment, we were asked to make an infographic pamphlet of our city or hometown. We had to do extensive research on the history, background, tangible and intangible elements available in the area that we chose.
PROCESS
This project was done in a real hurry. We had so many assignments going on at the same time, and being an individual assignment, this project was given less priority compared to the group assignments.
I only managed to read the brief one and a half weeks before the project was due. I also didn't manage to ask miss questions related to this assignment, so I was very clueless about the project. Thank goodness one of my group mates was a very fast and efficient worker, she managed to draft out her assignment even while doing other projects. She guided me and helped me answer any questions I asked her :)
REFLECTION
Through this assignment, I have learned many interesting facts about my hometown. I also have a new grown respect for the people who used to hand draw maps, as I took a really long time to just trace them.
